A Shoptech360 subscription includes everything you need to run your e-commerce business. It offers 10GB hosting, all necessary updates, and bug fixing to ensure a seamless experience. Additionally, new features are periodically rolled out to all subscribers automatically.

How long is the lock-in period?

Your subscription is billed annually. At Shoptech, we do not impose any lock-in period on our clients. If you decide to migrate to another system, you can cancel your subscription at the end of the current term.

What do I do if I want to move to another system?

Your content belongs to you. If you decide to transfer to another e-commerce system, we provide you with the option to download all your images, customer data, product information, and order data. Our system allows you to easily export all your products into a CSV file.
